Fees - What service can I expect?
The initial assessment sessions are set at a standard rate of £100. I accommodate various payment methods, including AXA, AVIVA, BUPA and WPA insurance plans. Should your insurer not be listed, please inform me, and I will endeavor to register with them if suitable. For further psychological interventions, fees are adjusted on a sliding scale from £50 to £100 per session, contingent upon individual circumstances and the nature of the intervention required.
I understand that long-term therapy can represent a significant financial commitment. My goal is to tailor a plan that aligns with both your therapeutic needs and financial situation.
Here's how my approach works: I offer up to four preliminary assessment consultations on an individual basis. These sessions serve as an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. I'm interested in understanding your current difficulties and gaining insight into who you are as a person. These sessions also help me grasp how you've become the person you are today.

After completing the four sessions, we take a short break of a few weeks. During this time, I prepare a concise clinical assessment and formulation letter for you, along with a potential treatment plan. You will receive a copy of this letter. Please note that you are under no obligation to pursue the treatment plan I propose. You have the freedom to take the plan and seek assistance elsewhere, or you may discover that the assessment and formulation letter alone provide the guidance you need, without requiring further input from me.

Each treatment plan I develop is unique and tailored specifically to your individual needs. As an independent practitioner, I belong to the minority who includes this letter as part of the assessment process. I firmly believe that clients deserve a written document that encapsulates their therapeutic experience, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their journey.
